Urbana Development has extensive experience in pre-construction services, entitlements and construction management.
Pre-construction services include site selection, massing and site maximization studies, conceptual site plans and preliminary budgets.
Our entitlement experience includes coordinating and submitting entitlement packages, CEQA and EIR reports, zoning changes, zoning code amendments, and tract and parcel maps. This includes community outreach, and representation at Planning Commission and City Council meetings.
Construction management services include contractor RFPs, reviewing construction bids, monitoring monthly status reports (budget and schedule), change-order management, attending weekly construction meetings, satisfying Lender fund control requirements, and acting as Owners representative through all aspects of construction.
