East Village Creative Offices
East Village Creative Offices is the unique adaptive reuse of a former furniture showroom and two neighboring buildings in downtown Long Beach.
The 19,000 square foot office-condominium conversion created 8 commercial office units ranging in size from 1,700 to 5,000 square feet and includes 22 on-site parking spaces.
An interior paseo was created between two of the buildings to allow light into the office spaces. The art deco facade on the brick building was uncovered during construction and restored.
This project was transformative to the emerging arts district in downtown Long Beach and has attracted destination retail and creative companies to the area.
The project was designed by Studio 111 Architects and built by JR van Dijs, Inc.
