Psychic Temple of the Holy Kiss is the adaptive reuse of the second oldest standing commercial building in downtown Long Beach into creative office space for a marketing firm. The building was most recently known as the American Hotel.

Urbana Development helped to secure the building as part of a disposition and development agreement with the City of Long Beach.

The core and shell project involved significant structural and seismic improvements as well as complying with the City of Long Beach Cultural Heritage Commission approvals and historical restoration guidelines.

The building is listed as Historical Landmark by the City of Long Beach.
