The Terminal at Douglas Park is a 100,000 square feet creative office environment focused on collaboration and open spaces that offers unique ownership opportunities.
The Terminal is located within the Douglas Park master planned community and is designed as a commercial condominium project with shared parking and green space amenities.

The buildings were designed by DRA Architects and built by Norm Wilson and Sons Contractors. Landscape was designed by Mark Tessier Landscape Architecture. Construction completed 4th Quarter 2018.
