The SA Properties Company’s Harbor Freight build-to-suit project consists of a 16,000 sf concrete tilt-up building with contemporary exterior features in line with proposed tenants branding and building requirements.

Successful abandonment and mitigation of existing oil wells on the site was required to create a developable 70,000 sf site.

Entitlement approvals required a recorded lot merger.

The site is located directly off the 405 freeway and Atlantic Avenue in Long Beach, California.

The project is designed by HMR Architects. The General Contractor is Norm Wilson & Sons.

Estimated completion is 4th quarter 2022.
